Tom Trewartha

Consultant

Tom has worked as a facilitator with Darren Williams Consulting since January 2007. In that time he has worked with a variety of corporate teams, facilitating experiential learning activities and processes that have enhanced individual and team performance.

Tom also lectures in sport and recreation at Sport SA, a division of the Office of Sport and Recreation. He also delivers a number of other business training programs.

With extensive experience in customer service, management, outdoor education and training both here and overseas, Tom has developed an ability to identify with, relate to and develop individuals and teams. His ability to further develop these relationships through experiential training methodologies allows him to create a learning environment that challenges and maximises team performance.

Tom's enthusiasm and passion for developing people is evident in the energy and professionalism that is injected into his training programs. He provides a relaxed and comfortable environment that encourages a high level of participation and confidence among participants.

Tom's broad theoretical and practical skills and knowledge provides a valuable platform on which individuals and teams are further developed.
